＜ご購入から2年以上経過の場合＞
ゴム・ストーン・パーツ他において劣化をしている状態が考えられます。
部分的にメンテナンスを行っても全体の色味などが合わなくなりバランスが悪くなる恐れがございます。
この機会に是非新しい商品、または同じブレスレットのご購入をご検討ください。


【メンテナンスをご依頼される該当商品の送付方法・送付先について】
どのような配送方法でお送り頂いても結構です。（切手郵送・メール便などでも可）
※郵便・メール便には補償サービスがついておりません。
　紛失した場合、当店では一切責任を負いかねます。

ご心配な方は追跡番号の郵送（宅急便またはレターパック等）をお使いいただき、当店へお送りください。
レターパックは、郵便切手類販売の委託業務を契約しているコンビニエンスストアで取り扱っています。ただし、各店舗によりお客さまニーズの高いものを取り揃えていますので、取り扱いがない場合もあります。ご購入の際には当該店舗におたずねいただくか、又はお近くの郵便局をご利用ください。

お直しをされる商品を発送される際の送料は、お客様のご負担になります。
万が一着払いで送られました場合は、商品をお受け取りできませんのでご注意下さい。
また、当店へご連絡がなく商品を送付された場合、対応が非常に難しく、お受けいたしかねます。


商品到着後、3営業日程度でメンテナンスを行い、当店の方から再発送をさせて頂きます。
